What is Mommy & Me?
Mommy & Me is Barre Body Studio’s post natal program and classes designed specifically for new momma’s! Our highly trained instructors ensure a safe environment with a well rounded class plan to ensure that you are working within your physical restrictions while recieving the benefits of a BBS workout. We keep you working safely, effective and more importantly, we support you, encourage you and accept you.

What age should my baby be?
We recommend that babies are a minimum of 6-weeks old and that all new momma’s have been cleared by their physician before resuming physical activity. Babies are typically between 6-weeks of age and up-to a year old.

What type of baby carrier do you recommend?
Baby carriers are a personal preference for all. Be sure that you and your baby are comfortable and that your baby is well supported and secure. We do not have carriers for use. Please BYOC.

What happens if I miss a class?
We treat our program similar to any registered program like swimming lessons - no make up classes are offered.  

Can I drop in for a class?
We are unable to offer drop in’s for our Mommy + Me classes.

COVID-19 Protocols
Masks must be worn in all common areas and are permitted to be removed during your workout. Grip socks are required in class and you may bring your own or purchase a pair in-studio. Our staff and instructors are all fully vaccinated.
