The original, like a classic tote that complements every look, this one hour workout will tone and challenge all levels of fitness. Barre Body Fit classes target all areas of the body through a series of strategic exercises that focus on strength and flexibility while incorporating the ballet barre. Starting with a warm-up, you will then work through an arm series, typically done in the centre of the room. Additional exercises that target a variety of muscle groups are done at the barre, cardio bursts are incorporated throughout the class and the latter part of each class is a floor segment of mat exercises.
Pressed for time? Aren’t we all? Join us for a 50-minute version of Barre Body Fit for those on the go! This class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
Following a similar flow to the Barre Body Fit classes, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on the core. Skip the cardio in this class and get ready to spend more time on the floor. Typically in a BCS class, you'll spend 20 minutes at the barre (warm-up and arms too), 20 minutes on the mat working your core and the last 20 minutes or so stretching it all out.
Take our signature Barre Body Fit class and amp it up! Barre.Tone.Sweat. (formerly Barre Body Blast) is an advanced class designed to challenge you with added cardio and strength training options. We encourage you to try a couple Barre Body Fit classes before jumping into a BTS class.
Come to this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. We’ll run you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format you know and love with an extra emphasis on sculpting your seat, toning your hamstrings and strengthening your back. All levels welcome.
Our Local Charity Class follows the traditional Barre Body Fit format. Classes are tailored to all fitness levels and are a ton of fun. Throughout the class we focus on small isometric movements to rev up your heart-rate, blast fat, and build muscle. Expect short cardio intervals and lots of stretching as well. Don’t be shy, the classes are a perfect complement to your weekend routine! This class is free to sign-up but a $10 charity donation is requested in-studio. All proceeds benefit an amazing local charity. Let's all sweat together for a great cause!

Mommy and Me is a post-natal barre class designed to give new moms a dynamic barre workout with their babies safely nestled into their own carriers. Babies must be under 7 months old and not crawling. For everyone’s safety, your baby must be in a wrap/body carrier while you are enjoying the class, or on the mat for the floor series. Carriers are not provided.
Our Summer Drop-in Sessions for Mommy & Me are back starting June 13th (Ramsay) or June 14th (Bow Trail) until the end of August! Drop-in classes will be hosted at our Ramsay Studio every Tuesday from 10:45am - 11:35am or our Bow Trail Studio every Wednesday from 1:15pm - 2:05pm and will run for 12-weeks 1x per week. Sign up online (7 days in advance) or simply drop-in to take class. Valid memberships apply (class cards or Tribe Membership), please note our 1-month Intro Offer is not accepted for this program.
