Q: WHAT'S YOUR WHY? 
A: I should probably say my family and friends, right?! (Hi mom) ... I love connecting with others, be it a coworker, friend or the barista at Starbucks. I love finding things, big or small, to relate to others. 

Q: WHAT DOES BEING A PART OF THE BBS TRIBE MEAN TO YOU?
A: It means the world! This tribe changed my life. I felt a part of something bigger from the moment I walked in as a client. This community is so inspiring, welcoming & inclusive. <3 

Q: WHAT OTHER TYPES OF FITNESS/SPORTS DO YOU ENJOY?
A:  I'm an avid golfer, mean lawn bowler & mediocre softball player.

The routine keeps fitness fresh with innovative moves complementary to all levels of fitness. > Classes in studio b are smaller and may be a good fit for first timers.

  • Pressed for time? Aren't we all? Join us for a 50-minute variation of Barre Body Fit for Barre Body Fitters on the go! This class is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
