Q: WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH BARRE? 
A: The power of the movement and the effectiveness of the exercise. For years prior, I worked out with different methods and exercises, and none have transformed my body, or been as effective as barre. 

Q: DESCRIBE YOUR CLASS STYLE?
A: Sweaty, intense, loud, fun, purposeful.

Q: WHAT'S ONE THING YOU WISH YOU COULD TELL YOUR YOUNGER SELF?
A:  I wish so much that I could have realized how much people are just truly worried and consumed with themselves. I worried so much (and sometimes still do) what others think of me. Fear of other's judgements has stopped me from doing so many things that I wish I could have just pushed through. As I have gotten older, I have realized that everyone has their own story and 'stuff'; and we are just all in the same boat often consumed with insecurity and fear. I have felt so much better working at letting go what others think and pursuing what has felt good and right for me.

BBS Back to Basics workshop will focus on BBS foundations, form, and work through common mistakes.
 
During this 75-minute workshop, we will break down the bio-mechanics of the body and we'll learn how it applies to postures and movement patterns in class. Take your barre fitness to the next level through our Back to Basics class where the focus will be on barre foundations, techniques and form which will ensure you are getting your maximum barre-burn.
 
This workshop is open to all participants and will include 2-instructors for each class to guarantee individual attention, hands-on corrections to allow you to apply our basics in all of your future classes.
 
$25 + gst to attend
