A: I have two! I coach figure skating and work for Athletics Alberta, sports and fitness are my life. 

Q: WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH BARRE?
A:  Everything! The energy, movement, music, and the sweat. But MOST of all, the people.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR WHY?
A:  Having challenges to wholeheartedly rise to, big or small, being able to prove to myself what I'm made of when I struggle and helping others do the same.

A: Being motivated by likeminded, energetic and influential individuals!

A:  Inspiration is all around us waiting to be discovered, all you have to do is get out of bed to start your journey everyday!

Q: DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY?
A:  Adventurous. Creative. Colourful.

Q: WHAT OTHER TYPES OF FITNESS/SPORTS DO YOU ENJOY? 
A: Ashtanga yoga, swimming, spin, basketball, hiking. 

Q: WHAT DOES BEING A PART OF THE BBS TRIBE MEAN TO YOU?
A: The BBS tribe has always been welcoming, positive and authentic, and that in turn encourages me to bring the same uplifting vibrations to every aspect of my life.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR WHY?
A: My WHY is redefining what I can and can't do. Gritting my teeth and surprising myself with that one extra set completed at the end of a hard series. Realizing that I am much more capable than I think I am. Pushing my own limits. Seeing other people experience the same effect through barre, then having the trickle effect throughout their own lives; nothing better.

A: Connecting with others through movement and music.

A: Full body, mind strengthening, soul cleansing sweat session.

A: Connection. Connecting with like-minded, strong individuals, is so empowering. Being part of the BBS Tribe fills me up from the inside out.

A: It was my outlet to release the everyday stresses of my life, I truly love the low impact, high intensity workout.

Q: DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF BARRE CLASS?
A: Fun, energetic, intense, motivating & challenging.

Q: WHAT OTHER TYPES OF SPORTS/FITNESS DO YOU ENJOY? 
A: My first love ~ Volleyball, spinning, chasing my kids.

A: EARLY - I mostly teach at 6am BUT, my classes are empowering, energetic and FUN! 

Q: WHAT'S YOUR DAY JOB?
A:  I am a consultant for a firm where we advise Boards on executive compensation and related governance matters.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR WHY?
A:  I am constantly striving to be the best version of myself for those I love. I have realised in order to be the best sister/daughter/friend i can be, I need to be fulfilled which includes working hard, staying active, being social, and travelling often.

"Be present. Worry less about the "what ifs" and "maybes". Enjoy the now and the certain."

A: Bad-ass #momboss and BBS Studio Manager. 

Q: WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH BARRE?
A: I felt strong, empowered, connected with myself after class. I feel in love many, many years ago and my love of barre grows with every class.

Q: WHAT'S ONE THING YOU WOULD TELL YOUR YOUNGER SELF?
A: Enjoy your body, be proud of your body, respect your body and damn it, wear sunscreen!
