BBS NEWS: NOVEMBER

WHAT ARE YOU TUCKING FOR?

It's challenge time, Tribe! Our Tuck for Turkey Challenge is BACK and better than ever. We're changing it up this year. The challenge is simple. Take 15 classes in 21 days. That's 3 weeks, 5 classes a week. Totally do-able, right? As always, doubles do count but please only book one class per day, the second class is drop-in only.

Successfully complete the challenge and be entered to win one of many sweet prizes from our amazing community partners. We like to keep some things a surprise, but you can expect to see prizes from local brands such as, Total Skincare Centre, Neal's Yard Remedies, Hillberg & Berk, Hair Slinky, Your Tea and more!

The challenge is free to participate and registration opens November 1. Sign up for the studio you frequent most often - that's where your name will be on the challenge board (but don't worry, classes count at both studios).

ALL THE INFO

Bring your boy to the barre! We know he's been secretly dying to try out a class. November is his chance! Join us every Wednesday at Ramsay, 7pm, for Barre for Beards. This class is a $10 donation with all proceeds supporting The Movember Foundation.

FOR THE BOYS

We LOVE our community! Seriously, you guys are the best! Our friend Jasmin, from Lemons for Days, wrote an amazing article about doing barre while pregnant. A great read for all expecting mamas, and while you're there, check out the rest of her blog.

Newsletter - Barre Boss Amanda B

We are so pleased to welcome FIVE new faces to the BBS Schedule this Fall and this month the spotlight is on Amanda B!

Amanda has been a part of the BBS Tribe for over a year! Barre Boss Chelsey was the one to encourage Amanda to take instructor training, and we are so happy she did. When she's not pulsing at the barre, you can find Amanda at the hospital, where she works as a labour and delivery nurse. We're so excited to have Amanda on the team and on the mic. She is dedicated, enthusiastic, strong and has worked her butt off to get here.

Look for Amanda B on the schedule!
